Lift tariffs 2011/2012

All tickets are basically issued on KeyCard (deposit EUR 2.00).
Refunds at all lift ticket windows and tourism businesses on Hochkar and in Göstling.

Subject to price alterations in the event of unforeseeable, high price increases. Lift ticket prices include 10% VAT; road toll prices include 20% VAT. Please protect lift tickets from high temperatures and magnetic fields. Please note: Only ever pass through the turnstiles with one valid lift ticket. If there is a second ticket inside your rucksack, for example, the scanner may validate that one too (you are not entitled to a refund!).

If time-based Hochkar tickets are bought at the toll station, access via the Hochkar-Alpenstraße is free. Any road toll already paid shall be refunded at the lift ticket window (Hochkar Bergbahn Valley Station) only in the case of hour tickets.

Day tickets and ski passes shall not be transferable to other persons. Lost ski passes shall not be replaced. Poor weather conditions, interruption of operation, closure of ski runs, unexpected departure, etc. do not constitute a right to refund or extension. In the event of attempted and proved abusive behaviour, the ticket shall either be withdrawn without refund, or a replacement sum shall be charged to be determined by the cable car company.

Refund can only be granted in the event of accident or illness (medical certificate). The ski pass must be deposited at the main ticket window by 10:00 a.m. For family members who depart early together with the injured person, no cash reimbursements will be made. Days counting from the date of issue to the date of deposit shall apply as days of usage. There shall be no refund for day or hour tickets!

Advance sale of tickets for the next day from 3:00 p.m. onward

Dear guest, please observe the following guidelines and rules for your own safety:

• The panorama sign posts indicate closed (red) and open (green) skiing slopes and lift facilities. Please note that if you leave the marked runs and slopes, you will be in in an unsecured, high-alpine area and acting at your own risk.
• A yellow flashing light signals that there is a general acute danger of avalanches off the secured slopes.
• Skiing on closed off slopes or closed sections of slopes is prohibited and liable to prosecution. The slopes are generally closed from 5:00 p.m. onward (Caution: Danger to life due to slope preparation and use of winch!) – except for the slope with floodlights on skiing nights.
